Equipment > Regal, Resonator

The Regal is a relatively inexpensive resonator, I picked it up at Derringers in Adelaide. The first time I played it I fell in love with the tone and the feel of it. I have played expensive Dobro's and Nationals and wouldn't swap them for this Regal, (although I did play one Dobro that had me thinking).

This is a great guitar that has never let me down, although it's starting to rust a bit I am to scared to replace the steel cover in case it changes the tone. I use a Barcus Berry biscuit pick up, they used to make them especially for resonators but stopped for some reason and they are very hard to find, which is shame because they sound great.
